Trading terms:
We follow normal business practices. So, there is no right by the client to use any work we do for them until payment is made, in full. No future work or commitment to (such as web hosting, which is paid in advance for the following 12 months) will be made until all previous debts are paid in full. Any part payments will be applied to the oldest work still unpaid.
In the event of non-payment for web hosting we will notify you with an invoice. After the end of the allowed time (specified in the invoice) we will suspend the hosting account. After a week of suspension the account will be terminated on the assumption that you are moving your hosting elsewhere. At this point anything on our servers will be lost and not recoverable.
We accept no liability for any loss you may suffer under any circumstances. When you have not paid you have no rights to use our servers. For paying customers we make every effort to remedy any site issues as quickly as possible and will make all reasonable efforts to help you even with problems you or your web designer have caused.
We can change these terms at any time and hosting with us means that you accept these terms.
